CAMX Power, headquartered in historic Lexington, Massachusetts, is one of the premier advanced cathode development companies in the Nation.

It has a vertically integrated, 360-degree facility that includes benchtop synthesis of precursors to final material, a pilot plant nearby to achieve scale-up, cell making to assess performance in full cells, and extensive testing and characterization instruments. It also owns the central patent portfolio in the industry in grain boundary engineered materials, and has exceptional staff with a balanced mix of scientists, engineers, technologists, and technicians.

Its core cathode platform, GEMX®, has already been licensed by the likes of Samsung and is in the marketplace. We also have in late-stage development/fabrication of advanced cells that are based on the GEMX® platform.

Our hiring model is unorthodox as we prioritize Aptitude (high), Attitude (positive and team-oriented), Willingness to learn, and foundational Expertise (AAWE) over domain experience (a bonus but not a necessity).
